For orders made to measure or clearly personalized, the art. 59 letter c) of the Consumer Code (“Exceptions to the right of withdrawal”) in derogation of articles 52 to 58 of the same Code.
To guarantee a high service, SKUDOmade.it S.R.L. provides for the withdrawal of the contract, if the packaged item is present: structural imperfections or impossibility of modifications*. SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. it provides for the reimbursement of the amount paid following the fulfillment of the conditions listed in the “Modifications and Refunds” section.
*”Structural imperfections” means all features other than those provided for in the order, or production defects that show differences with respect to common sartorial standards (buttons not at a distance, slots that do not conform, incorrect cuts, etc.). By “impossibility of modifications” we mean the interventions to correct structural imperfections that entail a sartorial expenditure exceeding € 75. It should be noted that, as these are garments made not industrially, any defects in the garment may be subject to a tolerance of 3 cm. The problems will be demonstrated through the sending of suitable photographic documentation by the customer, and will be subject to the evaluation of the SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. staff who reserves the right not to approve the return if the defect has not been clearly demonstrated.
Only unused and undamaged items will be accepted. SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse to make the refund if the item shows obvious signs of use or damage. Garments that have been modified in any way will not be accepted.
To get a refund, proceed as follows:
- Send an email to customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating as a reason for the return one of the following options “structural imperfections” or “impossibility of modifications” enclosing 3 photos of the item worn (seen from the front, from the side, behind) so that the defect is visible, together with the order number.
- The complaint is examined and eventually approved by the SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. employees, who will communicate the outcome of the evaluation to the customer and any approval, together with the “Returned Approval Form”.
- The item to be returned must be boxed in its original packaging and sent at its own expense, together with the “Approval Form Returned” received by e-mail, with a traceable shipping method to the address:

Within 7 working days from receipt of the garment the amount will be credited back using the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible (Credit Card, PayPal). Otherwise, the customer must communicate within the Return Form the bank details on which he wishes to receive the refund. Any shipment that does not comply with the previous conditions will be returned to the sender without the issue of any refund.
We would like to remind you also that:
- The object must be returned intact (ie not used and complete with all the original packaging and accessories) together with with the “Returned Approval Form”.
- For international returns, we ask you to indicate the content as “Withdrawal” stating the value of 1 EURO. All shipping costs and any customs costs will be charged to the customer.
- Once the above conditions have been met, the buyer is entitled to a refund of the full amount excluding shipping costs. Coupons or Discount Coupons used to purchase the item will be replaced with new Coupons or Discount Coupons to be used for other purchases. The customer will have to return all the items purchased, if they are part of a promotion, to receive a full refund. Any items stored will be charged at full market value.
- Returns must be sent from the same country in which the order was made. It will not be possible to accept returns from different countries.
- In the case of promotions that involve the purchase of multiple products together, the customer will have to return all the items purchased to receive a full refund. Any items stored will be charged at full market value.
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR REQUEST RETURNED BY E-MAIL TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPROVAL CONFIRMED THROUGH “Returned Approval Form”.
