LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR THE CONSUMER
The Products offered on the Site comply with the applicable regulations in Italy on the subject. The company SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. respects and protects the consumer in terms of legal guarantee of conformity and is liable for any defect that occurs within two years of delivery of the goods pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
For the purposes of exercising the right, it is assumed that consumer goods comply with the contract if:
- the product has the characteristics usually present for goods of the same type;
- the goods comply with the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller has already presented to the consumer in a sample or model;
- the goods have the qualities that the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the goods and, where appropriate, the declarations made in this regard by the seller through advertising, sponsors and information forms, by the manufacturer or by his agent or representative, also in particular on labelling;
- the products are suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer in accordance with what was presented to him during the purchase if brought to the attention of
- the seller at the time of the conclusion of the contract, accepted by the latter also for conclusive facts.
The following defects do not fall within the concept of “conformity defects”:
- personal comfort preferences in wearing;
- damage caused by cuts, burns, carvings, liquids or stains by customer actions;
- usury;
- loss of closure buttons;
- breakage of hinges during use that are caused by mechanical jam.
In accordance with art. 132 of the Consumer Code, the buyer loses all rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. To this end, the consumer must send the communication in writing to the address: SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. , Corso Siccardi 11 / bis, 10122 Turin (TO), or with e-mail to: customercare@skudomade.it
In any case, unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within six months of delivery of the goods already existed on the delivery date.
In order to take advantage of the legal guarantee the consumer must provide proof of delivery of the same by the company for this purpose, keeping the purchase invoice or any other document that can certify the date of the purchase (for example the credit card account statement) and the date of delivery.
In the event of an ascertained lack of conformity falling within the definition of it as given in paragraph 2, the buyer may request in accordance with art. 130 of the Consumer Code, alternatively, without ever incurring additional expenses for the repair or replacement of the purchased good, a reduction in the purchase price or the termination of this contract unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or results for the company SKUDOMADE.IT Srl excessively burdensome.
Once the request has been submitted, the company SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. will respond to the consumer within seven working days of receipt, indicating their willingness to process the request or the reasons that prevent them from doing so.
If the company SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. decides to accept the consumer’s request, the Company must indicate the method of shipping or return of the goods as well as the deadline for the return or replacement of the defective goods at no cost to the buyer (in Italy).
If the repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive or the Company SKUDOMADE.IT Srl has not repaired or replaced the goods within the term referred to in the previous point or, finally, the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the buyer, the latter may request, at his choice, an appropriate reduction in the price or the termination of the contract. In this case, the buyer will have to send his request to the company SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l., which within the next seven working days of receipt, will indicate its willingness to proceed with the same, or the reasons that prevent it from doing so.
If the company SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. accepts the Buyer’s request, the Company must indicate the proposed price reduction or the methods for returning the defective goods against the full refund of the amount paid, for the re-credit of which the consumer will indicate the operating procedures.
CHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are sure that your customised SKUDOMADE garment will dress you perfectly and in case there are any changes to be made, you will have our after-sales service at your disposal, which will accompany you with care and precision.
Any notification (of wearability defects, imperfections or other) must reach our customer service within 30 days of receiving the garment or from the day the order is ready for collection at our agreed Corner / Tailor shop. If the report is made after 30 days, any interventions will be charged to the customer.
Tailoring changes
If you feel that your garment needs small adjustments * you can send a report via e-mail to our customer service within the aforementioned deadlines indicating the defects in the garment and asking you to use the “Tailoring Changes” service at one of the tailors / SKUDOmade Corners. Our assistance service will evaluate your request and, where applicable, authorise the changes by sending a confirmation by e-mail. In case of authorisation for “Tailoring Changes”, Skudomade.it will directly reimburse the affiliated point of sale / corner up to a maximum of € 75 at no additional cost for the customer.
* Adjustments that do not involve tailoring changes for amounts over € 75.
To change the garment you will need to:
Send notification via e-mail to our customer service within the peremptory term of 30 (thirty) working days (starting from the date of receipt of the garment at home or from the date communicated for collection in the tailor’s shop / corner) declaring that you want to use “Sartorial Changes” and specifying:
The order number and the garment for which tailoring changes are required;
the changes that the garment needs and appropriate photographic documentation;
the tailor shop / corner of our partner you intend to contact.
Our customer service will evaluate your request and send an email to notify you of the outcome of the evaluation within 7 (seven) working days.
If successful, proceed to print the specific form sent by e-mail for repairs to be delivered to the tailor. The changes must be appropriately reported on the form by the tailor; the document will be essential for the tailor’s refund request.
Go to one of our Tailors / Corners (in the country where we sent you the garment), by appointment.
The tailor’s shop will forward the refund request by attaching the form completed by the tailor directly to customercare@skudomade.it, at no additional cost to the customer.
Conditions for the reimbursement of tailoring changes
The tailor shop, Skudomade.it partner shop / corner must send the refund request within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of the modified garment to the customer. It will be refunded within 7 working days of receipt of the request with a payment method agreed via e-mail with our customer care at customercare@skudomade.it. Refunds are limited to the following maximums: € 75
For all authorised changes made at our tailors / corners: once the changes have been made to the garment, the customer will have 15 days (starting from the date communicated for collection in the tailor’s shop / corner) to request further intervention tailoring. After 15 days any further changes will be charged to the customer and refunds will no longer be possible. The customer can use the tailoring service only at the tailors / corners of the country to where we shipped your order.
If the tailor does not consider it possible to make changes to your garment and / or these changes result in an expense exceeding € 75, you can request the re-packaging of the garment or access the Return procedure.
RE-packaging of the garment
Our goal is to offer you the best possible service therefore if following authorisation for “Tailoring Changes”, the tailor believes that it is not possible to improve the fit of your garment with small adjustments, we offer you the possibility to request the re-packaging of the garment.
To guarantee the best possible result for your new garment we ask you to:
Request the tailor’s shop to send us the tailoring changes form filled in by the tailor with specific indication of the necessary changes / defects of the garment, asking to access the “Re-packaging” service no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the garment at home or from the date communicated for collection at the tailor’s shop / corner.
Your request will be evaluated by our staff within 7 working days and approved where applicable.
Conditions for re-packaging
The request for repackaging must be sent to customer service within 30 days from the date of receipt of the garment at home or from the date communicated for collection at the tailor’s shop / corner. Appropriate photographic documentation must be attached to the application as evidence of the impossibility of making the changes within the terms provided in the section “Sartorial Changes” and a copy of the tailoring changes form filled in by the tailor with specific indication of the necessary changes / defects of the garment found.
SKUDOmade.it reserves the right to refuse the reproduction of the garment in the event that the necessary changes can be made by a local tailor within the spending limits indicated in the section “Tailoring changes”.
The re-packaging is aimed at achieving a perfect fit and correcting any defects presented by the garment; consequently, the customisations chosen by the user cannot be changed under any circumstances.
The cost of shipping the item to be returned – pending the makeover – is charged to the customer. The shipping of the re-packaged item is free.
In the event that the makeover fabric is out of stock you will be prompted to indicate an alternative fabric.
Returns and withdrawals
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can request a full refund by following our Withdrawal policies (visit the appropriate section).
To get the refund you will need to:
send a return request via e-mail to our customer service no later than 30 (thirty) working days (starting from the date of receipt of the garment at home or from the date communicated for collection in the tailor’s shop / corner) asking to access the garment return procedure;
the reason for the refund request must be indicated and the order reference number correctly reported;
in case of impossibility to proceed with tailoring changes, the tailoring change sheet must also be attached with a description by the tailor of the necessary changes that exceed € 75 in cost and adequate photographic documentation proving the defects of the garment.
The complaint will be viewed by our customer care who will evaluate the request and where applicable approve the return by sending an email with the necessary instructions to proceed. For more information, visit the “Withdrawal” section.
To obtain a refund proceed as follows:
Send an email to customer care at customercare@skudomade.it indicating as the reason for the return one of the following options “structural imperfections” or “modification impossible” attaching 3 photos of the garment worn (seen from the front, side and rear) so that the defect is visible, together with the order number.
The complaint will be reviewed and where applicable approved by SKUDOmade.it employees who will communicate the outcome of the assessment and any approval to the customer together with the Approval form returned.
The item to be returned must be boxed in the original packaging and sent at your own expense together with the Return Approval Form received by e-mail, with a traceable shipping method to the address:

Conditions for the return
To ensure a high service SKUDOMADE S.r.l. provides for the withdrawal of the contract if the packaged garment presents structural imperfections or is impossible to modify *. SKUDOMADE S.r.l. provides for the reimbursement of the amount paid following the fulfilment of the conditions listed below:
The intention to withdraw must be communicated within 30 days of receiving the order.
SKUDOMADE S.r.l. will only accept unused or damaged garments. SKUDOMADE reserves the right to refuse reimbursement in the event that the garment shows evident signs of use or is damaged. Skudomade.it will not accept items that have been modified in any way.
Any shipment that does not comply with the previous conditions will be returned to the sender without issuing any refund.
All refunds will be made with the payment method used originally. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the card used to make the purchase. Coupons or Discount Coupons used to purchase the garment will be refunded with new Coupons or Discount Coupons to be used for further purchases.
In the case of promotions involving the purchase of multiple products together, the customer must return all the items purchased to receive a full refund. Any stored items will be charged at full market value.
You will be refunded within 7 working days of our receipt of the garment with the same payment method used at the time of purchase if possible (Credit Card, PayPal). Otherwise, you will need to communicate the bank details on which you wish to receive the refund in the Return Form.
* By “structural imperfections” we mean all characteristics other than those provided for in the order, or production defects that highlight differences with respect to common tailoring canons (buttons not remote, non-compliant buttonholes, incorrect cuts, etc.). By “modification impossibility” we mean corrections.

All products sold by SKUDOMADE are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
CHANGES AND REFUNDS
We are sure that your customised SKUDOMADE garment will dress you perfectly and in case there are any changes to be made you will have our after-sales service available which will assist you with care and precision.

WITHDRAWAL
The Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason without the need to give reasons and without any penalty within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous points the Customer may use the appropriate form that will be sent by e-mail following the customer’s request sent to the address customercare@skudomade.it no later than the established deadlines.
In case of withdrawal the Customer must return the products to SKUDOMADE within 20 (twenty) days from the withdrawal, according to one of the following methods, at the Customer’s choice:
- sending the product / products to be returned to the address indicated in the Returns Form by the courier chosen by SKUDOMADE and also indicated in the Returns Form (this method of return will be borne by the Seller and therefore will not involve any cost for the client);
- sending the product / products being returned to the address indicated in the Returns Form by courier chosen and appointed directly by the Customer (in this case the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs);
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions listed below:
- the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, complements, etc …);
- for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and complete in all its parts (including the accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc…);
- the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the indicated warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer;
- in case of damage to the goods during transport, SKUDOMADE will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain the relative reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
SKUDOMADE will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
SKUDOMADE will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, including the amount equivalent to the cost of the standard shipping of the purchased products (while any additional costs incurred for different and / or faster types of shipping and delivery than that will not be reimbursed. standard), within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods, by means of the cancellation / re-credit procedure of the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of this refund. SKUDOMADE may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, whichever is earlier.
After the return of the products, SKUDOMADE will make the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in this article and in the event that the checks are not concluded positively the Seller will communicate to the Customer, via e-mail, found the existence of a decrease in the value of the returned products resulting from non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions. At the same time SKUDOMADE will communicate the amount that will be deducted from the reimbursement, without prejudice, alternatively, to the possibility for the Customer to reclaim, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to SKUDOMADE.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal SKUDOMADE will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

Alternative dispute resolution – ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) / ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
According to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code) the customer who intends to resolve a dispute arising with the merchant can make use of the Joint Conciliation procedure. The Procedure can be initiated if the consumer, after submitting a complaint to the company, within thirty days, has not received a response or has received a response that is not deemed satisfactory by him. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND BILLING
What are the payment methods available?
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, managed through the Paypal platform.
PayPal: the operation is free and secure and only requires e-mail and password, while the credit card number will remain hidden.
How is payment protection guaranteed?
For purchases made by credit card and through PayPal, the transaction will take place through a secure server chosen by SKUDOmade.it.
In no case and at no stage of the payment will SKUDOmade.it be able to know the information relating to the Customer’s credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the site of the institution that manages the transaction. No computer archive of SKUDOmade.it will keep such data and therefore in no case will SKUDOmade.it be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties upon payment.
SKUDOmade.it takes every precaution to fully protect personal information by not storing data relating to credit cards.
SHIPMENTS
At the end of the payment procedures the order will be taken over by the system; the garment will be delivered directly to the address provided when placing the order.
Our products have a variable shipping time from 2/3 working days depending on the availability of raw materials and events not under the direct control of SKUDOmade.it. In any case, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. The times required for shipping are shown at the time of order confirmation. Any delays not known at the time of order confirmation are always communicated.
How does the shipment take place?
SKUDOmade.it ships to the United States, the European Union and Canada within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation * by express courier to the address indicated at the time of conclusion of the order.
* The expected shipping date varies depending on the payment method and the order confirmation date. During national holidays there may be any delays due to the closure of the factories. Any variation in shipping times will be communicated by e-mail or indicated on the site.
* With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be charged to the recipient.
After sending the order the Customer will receive an e-mail with the name of the courier who took charge of the shipment and instructions for checking the online tracking; it will then be possible to track the shipment through the website of the indicated courier.
From the moment of shipment delivery will take place approximately in:
2/3 days for shipments within Italian territory (for Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and the islands the delivery may require an additional day);
3/4 working days for shipments outside Italian territory for countries within the European community;
4/5 working days for shipments outside the European community.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
If the order has not been shipped on time and you have not received any notification or update on the status of the order, we suggest that you:
check that the address indicated for shipping is correct;
in the presence of a non-delivery notice contact the courier in charge;
For further assistance contact us- we will always be available for any requirement.
Additional information
The ordered product will be shipped by courier to your delivery address. Upon receipt of the products, the courier will request your signature or that of an adult authorised by you. We do not deliver products to post office boxes. Deliveries are made only on normal working days / hours (not on weekends or public holidays).
The delivery times indicated must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
Upon delivery of the products the Customer is required to sign the delivery note after having duly checked:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected, placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
