By “tailor-made” product, we mean a garment made through a complete tailoring service, which can be accessed by going to one of our stores / tailors / corners in the world or online store with e-mail reservation. Our staff will welcome you by appointment at the store and will accompany you in the garment configuration experience, proceeding with the detection of your measurements. All our products are made in Italy. SKUDOmade.it is also an ethical Fashion Brand, constantly engaged in the implementation of corporate social responsibility policies, and in the adoption of systems capable of guaranteeing the environmental sustainability of our products. All our suppliers are distinguished by their attention to these basic principles, to provide you with Made in Italy garments produced respecting the environment and people.
In case of special requests, before proceeding with the order, write to our customer service email@example.com indicating any additional requests and / or information. You will be contacted for any clarifications, then check the e-mail box associated with your registration e-mail address; our customer service will provide you with all the information on the feasibility or otherwise of the changes requested by you and the related additional costs, and on the procedure to follow to complete the order.
We constantly invest to offer a description and photographic representation of the products as realistic as possible. Despite this, due to the digital rendering of the images on the web, the various light settings of the screens or other external conditions, it is still possible that the representation of the online products does not fully conform to reality. For this reason, we offer the possibility of ordering fabric samples (fabric kits) before finalizing the purchase of the desired garment, so that the customer can personally check the quality, color and hand of the different fabrics.

We are confident that your customized garment will fit you perfectly and in the event that there are any changes to be made, you will have a punctual and attentive after-sales service that will guarantee you the assistance you need.
Any report (fit defects, imperfections or other) must reach our customer service within 30 days of receipt of the garment or from the day the order is ready for collection at one of our Tailors / Corners. If the report is made after 30 days, any interventions will be charged to the customer.

Changes can be made to the order sent, as long as it has not yet been taken over by our staff (no later than 24 hours after placing the order).
By changes we mean: change of style, measurements, shipping address. Once taken over, the production will have already started and the fabric cut, so no changes will be accepted.

To ensure the best possible service, all stages of order implementation have been automated, so it will be possible to change the order only until it has been taken over by our staff (24 hours after placing it). After the next 24 hours, if the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ask to change the shipping address; your request will be evaluated and you will receive an answer within the following 48 hours.
