At the end of the payment procedures the order will be taken over by the system; the garment will be made and delivered directly to the address provided when the order is sent.
Our products have a shipping time varying from 4-6 weeks depending on the availability of raw materials and events not under the direct control of SKUDOMADE.IT S.r.l. . Shipping times cannot be guaranteed in any case. The time required for shipping are shown at the time of order confirmation. Any delays not known at the time the order is confirmed are always communicated.
How is the shipment done?
SKUDOMADE.it ships to the United States, European Union and Canada, within 35-40 working days from the Order Confirmation* by express courier to the address indicated at the time of order conclusion.
* The expected shipping date varies depending on the payment method and the order confirmation date. During national holiday periods there may be delays due to the closure of the plants. Any change in shipping times will be communicated via e-mail or indicated on the site.
*With regard to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs charges will be charged to the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities in his country to verify the costs and any import limits.
After sending the order the customer will receive an e-mail with the name of the courier who took charge of the shipment and the instructions to check the tracking online; it will therefore be possible to track the shipment via the courier’s website indicated.
From the moment of shipment the delivery will take place indicatively in:

- 3/4 working days for shipments outside the Italian territory for countries within the European community;
- 4/5 working days for shipments outside the European community.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
If the order has not been sent within the time allowed and you have not received any notification or update on the order status, we suggest you:
- check the order status by accessing your reserved area on Orders> Order Status;
- check that the address indicated for shipping is correct;
- if the order status is “shipped” contact the courier in charge;
- in the presence of a delivery failure notice, contact the courier in charge;
- For further assistance, contact us, we will always be available for any need.
Additional information
The ordered product will be sent by courier to your delivery address. Upon receipt of the products, the courier will request your signature (or that of an adult authorized by you). We do not deliver products to PO boxes. Deliveries take place only on normal working days / hours (not during weekends or holidays).
The delivery times indicated must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent fractioned shipments does not entitle the Customer to the refusal of delivery and to request compensation or compensation.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to sign the delivery note after having duly checked:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, affixing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
